Sabrinia Armitage

1.  Please arrange to have your artwork delivered during gallery hours:

Thursday and Friday,

11:00-5:00pm

Jill Brody, RI

2.  The Gallery is closed Monday-Wednesday and NO ONE will be present to accept delivery of your work.  This means you must arrange to have your work delivered on February 16-17 or 23-24, March 1-2.  Work delivered after February 25 will be hung only where space is available.  It will always be hung.

3.  We strongly encourage you to insure your work during shipping both ways.  We strongly discourage you from shipping your piece with glass.  We recommend plexiglass instead.

 Jennifer Dapper

4.  You are responsible for arranging shipping both ways.  You must supply us with a return shipping label when you send your piece.  Alternatively, you may make arrangements directly with the shipping company with your return label and they will pick your work up at The Old Court House during those hours when it is open.

It is essential to send us a return shipping label with the artwork.

Please be sure to check with your shipper if there is an additional charge associated with picking up your piece from the gallery, for instance with FedEx Ground.

Please allow at least two weeks for your work to be returned to you.  We will pack the show May 1-2, and we will need your shipping labels to speed the process.

Kathleen EatonArranging for a pick up on your own:

If you choose this option, please contact us prior to arranging a time for a pick up so that we can ensure your work is packed up and ready for shipping and available for your shipper.

We will return your work in the original packaging.
